When do I pay?
You pay nothing to start planning, to receive your tailored itinerary or to request changes.
Payment only comes into it after you have approved your itinerary and quote. At that point Travel Ease sends you clear payment instructions or a secure payment link. The amount, schedule (for example a deposit and a final balance) and cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal before you pay anything.
We never ask for card details through this website, and we will never pressure you with fake deadlines.
What if something goes wrong?
Before you travel, your travel designer is your single point of contact. While you are in Africa, our local partners and the Travel Ease team are reachable for anything that needs attention — contact details are in your final travel documents.
